Flak Gun

A turn-of-the-century style quick-firing cannon. I called it the "Gitaar" (Dutch for guitar) because the odd shape of the recoil spring housing resembles the body of a guitar.

Exploratory sketches of the cannon's mechanism. When designing firearms, I tend to sort out the internal mechanics first, as I believe this helps produce a more believable design.
